TEEN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS BEGINS JULY 1 NEW SMALL GROUP TRAINING CLASS BEGINS JULY 1 Is your teen interested in staying in shape this summer or looking for a healthy, active way to socialize with friends? Are they unsure of the correct form for exercises they've seen at the gym or want to feel more confident in themselves? Then the Y's TEEN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS is for you! This NEW small group class is targeted for Teens (ages 13-16) looking to build or improve on the foundations of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. Each 45-minute class is limited to 8 participants and led by Matt, the Y's Healthy Living Director, who will focus on improving strength, endurance, agility and cardio using a variety of equipment.
